church office manager

Full-Time (37 hours per week; hourly wage - negotiable)

The Church Office Manager serves as the administrative hub of Bible Fellowship Church by providing leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the church office. This position supports the pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and congregation by creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient ministry environment.

executive pastor

Full-Time (salary - negotiable)

Bible Fellowship Church is seeking a gifted and experienced Executive Pastor to provide executive leadership for the administrative and operational ministries of the church while serving as a key member of our pastoral leadership team. This full-time position partners closely with the Lead Pastor to translate vision into action through leadership, organizational excellence, and ministry development.

The Executive Pastor serves as the primary administrative and operational leader of Bible Fellowship Church. Working directly with the Lead Pastor and Elders, this individual provides executive oversight of church operations, staff leadership, ministry support systems, strategic planning, budgeting, human resources, facilities, communications, and organizational development. This role enables the Lead Pastor to devote greater attention to preaching, teaching, vision casting, prayer, and pastoral ministry.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys building healthy teams, improving organizational effectiveness, solving complex problems, and helping ministry leaders succeed.

youth pastor

Part-Time (salarly - negotiable)

Bible Fellowship Church is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature, and relational leader to serve as our Part-Time Youth Pastor. This individual will provide leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for students in 6th through 12th grade, helping them develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ while equipping them to become faithful disciples and servant leaders.

The Youth Pastor will work alongside the Lead Pastor, church staff, parents, and volunteers to cultivate a Christ-centered youth ministry that reaches students with the Gospel, disciples them in God's Word, and prepares them to live on mission for Christ in their schools, homes, and communities.


The Youth Pastor provides spiritual leadership and oversight for the youth ministry of Bible Fellowship Church, serving students in grades 6–12. This individual is responsible for reaching the unchurched youth of our valley and creating an engaging, biblically grounded ministry that encourages students to know Christ, grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and actively serve others.

The Youth Pastor will develop meaningful relationships with students and their families while recruiting, training, and leading a team of committed adult volunteers who share a passion for investing in the next generation.
