The Bible Fellowship Church Ministry Internship Program is a six-month leadership development experience designed to equip aspiring ministry leaders with practical ministry experience, biblical discipleship, and Christ-centered leadership training. Through intentional mentoring, hands-on ministry, and active participation in the life of the church, interns develop the character, competence, and conviction necessary to serve faithfully and effectively in their specific area of ministry. Whether preparing for pastoral leadership or worship ministry, interns will grow in biblical knowledge, ministry skills, and spiritual maturity while serving alongside experienced church leaders in a supportive, discipleship-focused environment.

The Pastoral Ministry Internship at Bible Fellowship Church is a six-month leadership development program designed to equip aspiring pastors with the biblical foundation, practical ministry experience, and personal mentoring needed to serve Christ and His Church with wisdom, humility, and excellence.

Interns serve approximately 10 hours each week alongside our pastoral team, receiving hands-on experience in preaching and teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, evangelism, leadership development, ministry administration, and church operations. Through intentional mentoring and real ministry opportunities, participants develop the character, competence, and confidence necessary for effective pastoral leadership.

This internship is ideal for men who are sensing God's call to vocational ministry and desire to grow spiritually while gaining meaningful experience in the everyday work of shepherding God's people. Our goal is not simply to train ministry leaders, but to develop faithful servants who love Christ, love His Church, and are prepared to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Worship Ministry Internship at Bible Fellowship Church is a six-month leadership development program designed to equip aspiring worship leaders with a strong biblical foundation, practical ministry experience, musical excellence, and intentional discipleship.

Interns serve approximately 10 hours each week alongside our Worship Leader and pastoral staff, gaining hands-on experience in worship planning, vocal and instrumental leadership, service preparation, volunteer development, production, and the theology of worship. Through personal mentoring, ministry opportunities, and biblical instruction, participants develop the character, competence, and conviction necessary to lead God's people in authentic, Christ-centered worship.

This internship is ideal for men and women who have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion for worship ministry, and a desire to use their musical gifts to serve the local church. Our goal is not simply to develop talented musicians or platform leaders, but to raise up faithful worship leaders who love Christ, shepherd His people with humility and integrity, and lead others into genuine, biblical worship that brings glory to God.
