Diana Torrez
Director of Children's Ministry
My name is Diana Torrez, my husband and I have five children, whose ages range from six to nineteen. In 2016, we moved from Escondido to San Jacinto and began homeschooling our children. I currently serve as President and Co-op Director for a local homeschool group that supports sixty-one families. In June 2024, I began serving as the Children's Ministry Director for BFC. Being a wife and a parent are among the most important roles in my life. I believe that God has entrusted us with the responsibility of raising our children, and assisting other parents in their parenting journey brings me great joy and encouragement. I have faith in God's promises and believe we should strive to obey His commandments. Proverbs 22:6 states, "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." Deuteronomy 6:5-7 says, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up."

Susan Gomez
Office Manager
Hello, I'm Susan Gomez. I started attending BFC sometime around 1990 and began working as the secretary at BFC in 1996. Over the years, I've had the privilege to build life-long Christian relationships, learn God's ways from some very dear and godly brothers and sisters, and serve the Lord by working with BFC's pastors, elders, ministry leaders and congregation. I strongly believe in the power of prayer and God's healing power to mend our brokenness and give us joy every day. A passage of scripture that I try to live by is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Jenny Yeager
Director of Hospitality
Jenny accepted Christ as her savior in 1982 and began attending BFC in 1986. Jenny has the true heart of a servant and has spent years serving the Lord in both the youth and children's ministries. Now days you'll find Jenny serving the entire church as many would say, "the kitchen belongs to Jenny".
"Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him." Psalm 34:8
It's fair to say that if there is food then Jenny is involved. She and her husband Terry have been married for 47 years and together they form the backbone of all things "food" and "fellowship" at BFC. They ran a successful catering business for years and now use their cooking skills and love for people to oversee the hospitality ministry at BFC.
